Wow - can you believe a corporate giant like UHaul would threaten a small local independent business like mine for having such a commonly used phrase as "moving help" in it's name? I'm no legal expert, but it seems to me what their doing is along the lines of a nationwide restaurant chain that offers catering services trademarking the phrase "event catering" and expecting to be the only company that should be able to advertise using that phrase. Why is it that it's always the very largest of corporate giants, the companies that are so huge and worth more than you or I could spend in a few lifetimes are the ones that are always pushing the little guy out of the way to take the last little morsel off his plate? Has UHaul been taken over by the oil companies or something? Shame on you, UHaul, if you ever read this.
